So it’s been a little while since we last updated our blog but there’s a good reason for that. We’ve been a little busy working on the latest Shopster product PowerMerchant, which was just released yesterday. As we say in Calgary - Yahooooooooooooo!
For those who are familiar with the Shopster e-Commerce product you may be asking different about this latest release? Well even though many of the features may seem similar there is a huge fundamental difference. PowerMerchant is about giving retailers full control of running their e-Commerce business.
So what does this mean? I won’t go into all the details of the product, you can read that here: http://www.shopster.com/e-commerce.aspx but here are some highlights:
- A brand new store designer. The templates can be fully customized to make the store look exactly the way you like. And we have a bunch of new stylish templates to start with.
- You can now sell your own products along with Shopster dropship warehouse products. In the past you could only sell our products in your store through the e-Commerce package. And you now have full control over how much you sell each product for.
- A fully integrated order management system so you can easily handle mixed orders. This may seem a little confusing but what it means is that if a customer orders a Shopster product and one of your own products, we’ve made it super simple to order the Shopster product and manage your part of the order.
